A motivated and experienced Mental Health Nurse with over 30 years of clinical experience, gained in the National Health Service, Royal Air Force and Private Practice. Has worked in a variety of settings including secure forensics, community and austere conditions including hostile and remote locations. Has the ability to define and implement strategic programmes, whilst converting innovative technological opportunities into practical solutions.

As well as being a registered mental health nurse, holds a BA in Business and Enterprise from Edinburgh Napier, an Affiliateship in Leadership and Management from the City and Guilds and membership with both the Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Leadership and Management.

Sits as chair of the Buckingham Canal Society, a multi-million pound heritage restoration and development project, is actively involved in charity fundraising for a wide variety of charities and is director of RM Consultancy LTD, www.rmconsultancygroup.co.uk
